Your YUNIK watch is guaranteed for two years on the basis of the enclosed guarantee certificate. The warranty comes into force on the day of purchase. It is valid for all YUNIK watches purchased directly from YUNIK or from an authorized retailer whose warranty card has been completed. The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. All adjustment, repair or replacement of spare parts are carried out free of charge during this period.

Are excluded:

Battery replacement. - Wear and aging due to normal use (in particular discoloration of the non-metallic materials of the bracelet or links such as leather, textile, rubber, etc.). - Inconveniences resulting from inappropriate or abusive use , lack of maintenance, negligence and accidents (blows, bumps, crushing, glass breakage, etc.), and this to any part of the watch. - Any improper handling. - Non-compliance with instructions for use of YUNIK watches. - Indirect or consequential damages, whatever they may be, the non-functioning, defects or lack of precision of the YUNIK watch following an accident, the intervention of an unauthorized third party ( in particular for the replacement of the battery, the provision of services or repairs), and any modification of the original condition of the watch beyond the control of YUNIK.

The warranty does not cover leather straps, glass elements, the glass case, nor normal wear and tear of the watch. In the event that YUNIK is unable to repair the watch, YUNIK will endeavor to replace it with a YUNIK watch with comparable or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch expires two years after receipt of the latter. The manufacturer expressly excludes any claim against YUNIK, in particular in connection with damage not mentioned in this warranty card, with the exception of rights legal which the buyer can avail himself of. This manufacturer's warranty does not affect the seller's obligations to the buyer. It is independent of any guarantee granted by the point of sale, for which the latter is solely responsible.
